A colourful and fantastic fun snack, which the whole family can enjoy this autumn.
Steps

Wash and soak red kidney beans overnight, next day boil add salt🧂, cook until tender.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds when start to crackle, add finely chopped garlic, cook till little golden in colour, add finely chopped ginger, cook for 1 min.

Add chicken strips 🐔, sweet 🌽,black pepper powder, salt🧂and mix well, cook for 4 mins, add boiled red kidney beans, mix.

Add finely chopped dill/ mixed herbs, black pepper powder, salt🧂, red chillies flakes mix well, cook for a few mins, add kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, coriander & cumin powder, chopped green chillies mix well.

Add yellow & green capsicum 🫑, 🥕 carrot finely chopped, cover and cook for 3-4 mins, when done, remove from flame, let it cool. Squeeze fresh lime juice 🍋 mix well. Keep aside

For salsa: In a bowl add finely chopped onion 🧅, finely chopped 🍅 tomato, finely chopped green chillies/ jalapeno, mix gently, add salt🧂and pepper mix well.salsa is ready

Note: for vegetarian, it's Kindy recommend that you add grated/ cubes cottage cheese at last, cover and cook for 2 mins,omit chicken strips, for vegetarian tacos🌮.

Place a 🌮 taco on a serving plate and place a few shredded lettuce leaves on it, arrange a portion of the filling and a little salsa on top, repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 more tacos, serve immediately.

Tip: you can omit shredded lettuce leaves and make direct, if you like.
