Dry Roast - cashew nut, Dry Chillies, Coriander seeds, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Poppy seeds, Cumin seeds, coconut, and grind it into powder

Boil the Soya Meal and Chickpeas and drain it and keep it aside.

Take a pan and saute Tomato,Onion and grind into paste

Dry roast the coconut and grind it separately

Put some oil in the pan and add some Onion and tomatoes

Now add the grinded tomatoes, Onion paste
- 7
Now add some turmeric, chilli powder.now add the grinded masalas

Strain the boiled Soya Chunks from water and add into the pan

Add some salt
And add the boiled chick peas along with the water - 10
Now cook until it comes to a semi gravy mixture

Finally add some sesame oil on top

Garnish with finely chopped curry/coriander leaves

Add some lemon juice (optional)
