  1. 200 gmsPaneer -
  2. 1Chopped onion -
  3. 3Garlic cloves -
  4. 1 inch pieceGinger
  5. 1 tbspCashew powder -
  6. 1 tspCoriander powder -
  7. 1 tbspFresh cream -
  8. 1 cupMilk -
  9. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder -
  10. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder -
  11. 1Black cardamom -
  12. 1Green cardamom -
  13. 2cloves
  14. 1 inchCinnamon -
  15. as requiredSalt - to taste
  16. 3 tbspClarified butter -
  17. 1 tspCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat clarified butter in a pan,add onion,ginger garlic and saute until transparent.
    Once cooled to make a paste,again heat clarified butter in the same pan

    Add whole garam masala to crackle now add fried masala paste.
    Add coriander powder and mix well.

    Soak cashew nut for 1 hour and make a paste.
    Add milk and cashew nut paste and bring to boil.

    Add paneer pieces,fresh cream and garam masala powder and cook for five mins.
    Add salt and mix well.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilly.
