Ingredients

15 minutes
8-10 people
  • 40-50Lehsun
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1 tspCumin seed
  • 1/4 tspmustard seed
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbspRed chilli
  • 6 tbspoil
  • 200 gmcurd,
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • 1 tea spoonfennel seed

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Crush the lehsun and then a bowl,add curd and spices into it.

    Then take a pan, heat oil and put cumin seed,fennel seed,asofoetida and mustard seed then put crushed lehsun and saute it.when it gets light golden then add curd into it.

    Then cook it till it leaves oil. Ready to serve with chapati aur paratha.
