If I could skip my meal and go straight to dessert, I would. But since we need those nutrients, I decided to come up with a recipe that would let me have dessert for breakfast.

If I could skip my meal and go straight to dessert, I would. But since we need those nutrients, I decided to come up with a recipe that would let me have dessert for breakfast.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 60 gramsbanana
  2. 30 gramsquick cook/instant oats
  3. 60 gramslight cream cheese
  4. 60 gramsplain/Greek yogurt
  5. 14-15 mllemon/calamansi juice
  6. 20 gramsvanilla protein powder
  7. 8 gramssugar-free instant pudding mix
  8. 30 gramsfruit of choice

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the banana and mix in the oats.

    Divide the mixture into two ramekins. Evenly spread it out to cover the base of the dish.

    Bake the crust in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5-7 minutes. Once done, leave to cool.

    While the base is cooling, mix the cream cheese, yogurt, juice, and protein powder together. Make sure these are well combined and free from lumps.

    Add in the pudding mix and stir until the mixture thickens slightly.

    Pour the filling over the cooled cheesecake base and smoothen the top.

    Top the cheesecakes with fruit.

    Chill the cheesecake overnight (or for at least a few hours) to allow it to set.

    Enjoy the next morning!
