Take a kadhai and roast the melon seeds till golden brown. Take it out in a plate. Keep aside and let it cool down.

In a same kadhai add khoya and saute till it appears to be of uniform consistency and looks slightly fried. Turn off the heat. Add all dryfruits and mix it well. Add powder sugar and mix everything well. Grease a plate with ghee. Put the mixture into the greased plate. Fold it with spatula and rest for 30 minutes to set.

When burfi is set. Then cut into diamond shape. Dryfruits Burfi is ready now. Serve to eat and enjoy sweet dish......🥰🥰
