Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 2medium boiled potato cut
  • Salt as required
  • 1 pinchred chilli powder
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • 1 pinchcumin powder
  • 2 Tspcooking oil
  • 1 cupsprouts of green moong dal
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 2 Tbspchopped green coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Tspginger powder
  • 1/3 Tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 Tspdry mango powder
  • 1/3 Tspblack salt
  • 1/3 Tspblack pepper powder
  • Lemon juice as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix salt and masala mentioned with chopped boiled potatoes. Heat oil and fry potato till golden brown. Set aside.

    Mix rest of the ingredients and cooked potatoes, all masala and lime juice. Mix well and use salt prior to eating.
