2-4 people
  • Nob of butter
  • 1shallot onion
  • Balsamic vinegar - lots?

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the butter over a medium heat and fry the diced shallot until soft

  2. 2

    Turn the heat up to high and pout the vinegar over the shallots

  3. 3

    Reduce the heat to low and leave to reduce.
