  10. 1tspn of vanilla extract
  11. 1 tbspsugar
  12. Powdered sugar of dusting
  13. Any syrup of choice
  14. 2small containers of berries of your choice

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

In large bowl, combine the cream cheese, Jett puff, heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and sugar. Whip with electric hand whisk until smooth.

  2. 2

Fold in berries of choice with a spoon. Set aside.

  3. 3

In a different mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk (or half & half), salt, oil and sugar. Whisk till smooth and liquid. The batter should be smooth and very consistent. Might have to add more liquid if needed.

  4. 4

Heat medium non-stick pan on medium heat. After pan reaches temp, spray with a little oil or Pam. With 1/3 C measuring cup, scoop batter into pan and spread evenly throughout the whole pan. It takes a second to get used to.

  5. 5

Place back on burner till the edges start to lift. Shake pan vigorously to get the crepe loose and place on plate with a paper towel. Repeat until you have 6-8 crepes.

  6. 6

Place the crepe in center of plate, fill with berry filling and roll. Add desired about of syrup and dust with powdered sugar.

  7. 7

    Eat and enjoy!
