✅ Tips
- Use flat wooden spoon .
-Use khalis ghee or any ghee but no oil.
-Cook on low to medium flame & don’t burn the baisan.
-Don’t overcook sheera.
-After adding sheera cook for just 3 minutes or it gets too hard.
-After pouring onto greased dish . Leave it for at least 2 hours .
-Make cuts while its warm.
-Don’t refrigerate.
-You can skip khoya but it really makes halwa delicious.
- Mix continuously after addition sheera.

Take ghee in a wide pan.
Add Whole Green Cardamom.
Seive baisan.
Add baisan into melted ghee. - 2
Cook on medium flame till 12 minutes or till colour changed and smells good.
Add khoya and cook on very low flame. - 3
Be patient while Bhonofyi g the baisan. Add littyorange food colour.

Make sheera with sugar & water & cook till bubbles form.
Switch off the flame.
Carefully add into baisan & mix continuously. - 5
Cook on very low flame till baisan leaves the pan.

Carefully add sheera in baisan.

Pour onto greased dish and press evenly.

Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
