Boil the eggs for about 12 mins on medium heat, remove the shells and cut into pieces.

Cook the potatoes for about 12 mins until soft but not falling apart. Once cooked, cut into smaller pieces.

Blend the ingredients to make the sauce.

Once potatoes are done, mix it with the eggs and the sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
