I learned this dish from my mother.All vegetables lover like it very much.This type of food full of protein and iron nourish our body easily.

After wash Soak moong daal 2 hours.

Now take a pan and add 3 glasses of water, salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garlic buds cook 20 minutes

After 20 minutes add palak

Cook until tender Daal and palak add 1 chopped tomato and cook well for few minutes

Use spoon continuously and add green chillies mix well and cook on low flame

When it cook and tender nicely off the stove.

Take a frying pan add 4 tbsp cooking oil make tarka for Daal palak add 1 small onion 3 whole red chillies,1 tsp Zeera 2 chopped Garlic buds
