Take a large bowl and take sabudana and soak in water 4 to 5 hours.

After soaking drain off water and in a large bowl, add mashed potatoes, peanuts, ginger paste, jeera, chilies,chopped coriander, and salt to taste. mix well

Prepare vadas and coat with kuttu ka aata then deep-frying and serve with curd and green chutney.
