In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, add warm water to foam a soft dough, drizzle the oil on the dough and knead, keep in a container and let it rise or until double in size

In a pan add oil, onion, scotch bonnet and pepper stir fry for 1min then add egg and cooked potatoes stir until well mix

Add all your spices and seasoning stir then add carrots and stir fry for 2mins. Add soy sauce and some little water stir then add green pepper and parsley close with a lid and let it fry for at least 1min and turn off heat and allow it to cool

After the dough have risen knead it for at least 3mins, cut the dough into small small potions and roll them into small balls

Roll the small ball dough into circle, repeat the process till all are finish and let it rest for 15mins. Place it on a non-stick pan on low heat

Turn the other side after 1min and add oil on it, continue turning till all the sides are golden in color, repeat the process till all are finish. once cooked cut into 2 equal halves and add your filings in and serve
