  1. For thalipeeth
  2. 1 cupsabudana
  3. 1boiled potato mashed
  4. 1 tbsproasted peanut powder
  5. 1/2cumin seeds
  6. As per tasteSalt
  7. as per requirementGreen chilli paste
  8. 1 cuprajgira aatta
  9. Handfulchopped coriander leaves
  10. as requireddesi ghee for roastng
  11. For koshimbir
  12. 4 tbspcurd
  13. somegrated cucumber
  14. 2 tbsppeanut powder
  15. as per tasteSalt to taste
  16. as per tasteSugar to taste
  17. as per tasteGreen chilli paste to taste
  18. someChopped green coriander leaves

Steps

    Wash sabudana properly 3 to 4 times and soak it for at least 30 min

  2. 2

    Drain excess water from it and cover it and keep aside for 5 hours or overnight

  3. 3

    Then transfer it into a dish plate

  4. 4

    Add grated boiled potato, roasted peanut powder, cumin seeds, salt, green chilli paste. mix it

    Add rajgira atta for binding. also add green coriander leaves. add 1 tbsp water and mix gently

  6. 6

    Then take a small portion of mixture and shape it as a dough balls. Flat it in palm of hand

    Take a pan Or tawa add ghee place this thalipeeth. cover the tawa and cook for 4 min. Remove the lid and cook it again for more time till turns crispy by flipping it one side to another.

  8. 8

    For koshimbir - Take a bowl, add curd in it, add grated cucumber and peanut powder. Now add salt, sugar and green chilli paste to taste and add some chopped green coriander leaves. Mix well.
