250 gmPotato
3-4Green chilli
1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspGrated ginger
as required oil
1 tsproasted crushed fennel
1 tspcumin
1 tspcoriander
as per taste Salt
1 tbsplemon juice

Boiled the potato,give 2-3 whistle then keep it for cooling and peel off.

Cut them in square pieces,then take a wok and put oil and add jeera,ginger,chopped green chilli.

Add potato,salt red chilli powder, crushed spices and lemon juice. saute it for 10 minutes.

Coriander leaves to garnish.
