Take a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Adjust water according to the quantity.

Heat a non-stick tawa. Grease with ghee. Pour batter on the tawa and spread gently. Let it cook for 1-2 minute for medium flame. Flip it and cook for both sides till golden brown and crispy.

Kuttu Chilla is ready now. Serve hot with green chutney, pickle and curd and enjoy.......😋😋
