I've always hated boring noodles and in my quest to spice up my indomie noodles and for the love of all things meat and pepper, this recipe came about.

I've always hated boring noodles and in my quest to spice up my indomie noodles and for the love of all things meat and pepper, this recipe came about.

First, begin by washing and cutting your goat meat into small chunks (or any size of your choice)

Add salt, Maggi, onions, black pepper, thyme and curry into the goat meat and mix. Allow this to marinate for 10mins

Then put the marinated goat meat on low heat for a bit to allow its juices to come out. Then add a bit of water just enough to cover the meat and leave to boil for 20-30minutes until tender.

After it has been brought to a boil remove from the fire.

Boil hot water in another pot and cook your noodles for 5 minutes

After it is cooked strain the water and set it aside. You can add a bit of oil to the indomie so it doesn't stick.

Put a bit of oil in a pan and fry your goat meat. Once it's fried add your onions and allow to fry for a bit

Then add your cut onions, green beans, carrots, ground red pepper and black Cameroon pepper together, also add in half of your indomie noodles seasoning at this time. Mix thoroughly. Cover and allow to fry for about a minute

Add in your indomie noodles and the remainder of the seasoning and mix them. You can add a bit more pepper if you need it extra spicy

Plate your meal and enjoy yourself. You deserve it
