Woke up hungry and wanted to eat toast bread that tasted different. Looked at the fridge to check what was available.. then I just couldn't rest until I tried this out .. I kid you not it was yummy 😋

12 slicesbread
Cooking butter
Sardine
Mayonnaise
Egg
Chicken frank (sausage)
Manually grated pepper (rodo, onion, tatashe)

Take out a small portion of sardine, put in a deep bowl big enough for your eggs and all other ingredients.

Put a teaspoon of mayonnaise, inside the same bowl press and mix.

Break 2 eggs into the mix and whisk till satisfied with the consistency.

Put sausage in another plate preferably flat and mash with kitchen hammer or wooden spatula.

Put mashed sausage and a teaspoon of grated pepper mix into the bowl and whisk also put seasoning to taste.

Butter only one face all through the 12 slices of bread. Plug in your toaster.

Put the buttered face on the toaster making the unbuttered face up. Spread the egg mix on the bread and cover with another slice of bread with the buttered face now facing up. Close the toaster and wait for 1 minute or less.

Flip and wait again to get the rich golden color. Then your Toast bread is ready.
