Ingredients

  1. 250 gall purpose flour
  2. 1 tsp nutmeg
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1&1/2 tsp baking powder
  5. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  6. 3 eggs (big size)
  7. 200 grice bran oil
  8. 150 g caster sugar
  9. 50 g brown sugar
  10. 1/2 cup fried shallots

Steps

    Sift all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg powder into the bowl. Another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until dissolve. Add rice bran oil, whisk to combine well. Add the sift flour, whisk to combine. Add fried shallots. Whisk to combine well.

    Put into the baking foils. Tap 2-3 times. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees celsius, bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and do the honey brush. Let it cool down. Ready to enjoy.
