Cut paneer in long slim sticks. Add salt, red chilli, turmeric and coriander seeds powder in a bowl and mix well. Now transfer it on paneer sticks and coat/mix all in uniform manner to marinate the paneer.

Make bread crumbs by churning bread slices in a mixer and transfer it in a plate.

Crush Black pepper, coriander, cumin and carrom seeds coarsely.

Mix this coarse masala with bread crumbs thoroughly. Add and mix little salt also.

Now add all-purpose flour, gram flour and corn flour in a mixing bowl. Add water and make a thick slury. Mix salt in it.

Now dip paneer sticks in slury thoroughly. Then coat it on bread crumbs and keep in a plate. Like wise do this process with all paneer sticks.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry till golden brown colour and transfer it in a plate. Fry 5 sticks at a time to avoid sticking.

Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
