Quick Noodles

Indomie is a huge instant noodles brand. It can be prepared in less than 5 minutes, but the nutritional value of it is very poor. How about making it a healthy balanced dish!?

Indomie is a huge instant noodles brand. It can be prepared in less than 5 minutes, but the nutritional value of it is very poor. How about making it a healthy balanced dish!?
Steps
- 1
First, sear the chopped garlic in the oil, then add the shredded carrots.
- 2
Stir for about 2-3 minutes then add the rest of vegetables and stir for another 2-3m.
- 3
Add the spices you like the most (I've added curry, smoked paprika, black pepper, red pepper, bouillon cube or the powder, salt)
Ps: I highly recommend throwing away all the stuff come with the indomie packs, taste horrible)
- 4
Add the indomie/ noodles
- 5
Pour 600-800ml of boiled water, til you cover the surface of the ingredients.
- 6
Add 2 tsp of tomato paste
- 7
Cover the mixture and cook it for about 5 minutes if the water's really boiled well in advance. Stir every now and then
- 8
When the water nearly absorbed, uncover the pot. Add some ketchup to give your noodles that sweet taste
- 9
Enjoy !
