Healthy Seeded Crackers

Gather together your ingredients

Put all your dry ingredients & give them a stir. Then add the olive oil & water and mix until you have a thick dough like mixture.

Put the dough mix onto a baking paper lined baking tray.

Put another piece of baking paper on top and use a rolling pin to flatten it out to about half a centimeter thick.

Remove the top layer of baking paper and place in the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes.

Take out of the oven and allow to cool.

Break up into pieces and eat with hummus, guacamole or dip of your choice. Enjoy!
