For the, add besan to a bowl add ajwain, jeera, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves, and little oil and make a dough adding enough water. Roll and make a log shape.

Boil the gatte in water for 10min. Cool it and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in Kadai add cinnamon, bay leaf,jeera,add green chili, ginger paste, and onion and saute for few minutes,add tomatoes stir it to add coriander powder, chili powder,garam masala, turmeric powder mix it.

Now add the water (remaining of boiled gatte) add the curd cook for a while add Kasuri methi,gatte cook for a while.

Gatte ki subji is ready to serve with rice and roti.
