Egg & Potato Gravy

Take enough water in a sauce pan, boiled eggs in it. Then remove the shells

Cut the potatoes

Sub se pehle blender mein onion, tomato and g.g paste blend kardein

Heat oil in a large skillet over med heat, and put onion mixture in it, fry for 2 mins

And all the species in to the skillet, cook for 4-5 mins or until masala is cooked

Add 2 cups of water bring to a boil, then add potatoes, cook with a lid and cook for 8 -10 mins or until potatoes are cooked and curry is thickened

Then put the boiled eggs into the gravy, and you can also put whole or half eggs

Now dish it out, and serve with chapatti.
