Roasted tomato and red pepper soup
Steps

Chop tomatoes, pepper and onion- cut garlic head in half

Lay tomatoes pepper and onion in oven dish and wrap garlic in tinfoil with olive oil

Drizzle olive oil over cut veg and cook at 180 for 40 ish minutes until soft and roasted
- 4
Unwrap garlic and squeeze out into dish, mix in one can chopped tomatoes and place back in oven for 10 mins
- 5
Once complete carefully blend and serve with Bread of your choice!
