Cut cauliflower and wash the pieces. Keep them aside in hot water.

Heat oil in a wok till it smokes. Turn off the flame.

Add grated ginger and chilli and sauté for a minute.

Add cauliflower and cumin seeds. Stir well. Add Maggi masala. Stir again.

Add tomato purée. Give everything a nice stir. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt

Cover cook for 15-20 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves. Cook for another 10 minutes on low flame.

Masala Gobhi is ready to serve. Serve hot with chapati/ paranthas.
