100 mlfresh cream(amul)
200 gdark or milk chocolate compound (morde/2m cocoa/mello)
1 tsptspn instant coffee
4 tbspCocoa powder (Hershey's natural unsweetened)

Steps

Chop the compound chocolate and add into a bowl. Add coffee powder

Heat cream in a vessel and pour over the chocolate. Mix well using a hand whisk till smooth and silky.

Cover th bowl with cling film.Chill for 1 hour.

Scoop out a spoon full(16-18g each) and make into smooth balls.Roll it over the cocoa powder to coat all around.
