Cut all 4 aloo in dice shape.

Put oil in kadhai. Add jeera, once it sputters add aloo, green chilies finely chopped, grated adrak, salt in it.

Once aloo is cooked add lal mirch and mix. Let it cook for 2 more mins. Turn off the stove.

Aalo bhaji is ready for Shivratri. Add dhaniya patta for garnishing.
