Cooking Instructions

Sprinkle salt in your liver and let it stay for 10 minutes.. salt will make it easier to remove the skin in liver

Remove the skin then wash and cut your liver into desired shapes

Put your liver in a cooking pan and immediately add salt and 5 tablespoon of cooking oil

Continue stirring and add your chopped garlic

The liver will start removing water like this...

When all the water has been removed, the liver will start turning brown so you have to continue stirring

Add your diced onion and carrots and stirr for 5 minutes.. the onion will be translucent

Add your capsicum and stirr for another 5 minutes

Add your tomatoes and chicken cubes and stirr till tomatoes get tender

Add your corrriander and you can choose to add a little water or serve that way
