Ingredients

  1. 2.2 poundschicken liver
  2. 1medium onion, sliced
  3. 4 clovesgarlic, crushed
  4. lemon juice
  5. 2 tablespoonspomegranate molasses
  6. salt
  7. pinchblack pepper
  8. pinchnutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the chicken liver well and boil it with aromatic herbs.

  2. 2

    Sauté the onion in a little oil until it softens, then add the liver to brown. Add the crushed garlic and lemon juice to let the liver absorb the flavors.

  3. 3

    Add the pomegranate molasses and let it simmer for two minutes, then turn off the heat.
