Ingredients

  1. 1 kgliver, diced
  2. 70 gtomatoes
  3. 30 gcooking oil
  4. 50 gonions, diced
  5. 1 tspblack pepper
  6. Coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry the liver in a pan with oil

  2. 2

    Sprinkle the black pepper and stir

  3. 3

    Add the onions and fry for five minutes

  4. 4

    When the liver browns, add the tomatoes and simmer

  5. 5

    Keep stirring for five minutes then add the coriander. Ready to serve.
