Mix rice for and besan in a paraat. Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin, coriander powder, sessme seed, asofoetida, carom seeds and butter. mix it well.

Now wash chopped Spinach and take in a mixie jar to make smooth paste.Add ginger chilli paste and Churn. Make a fine paste and knead a dough with spinach puree.

Take a spinach dough in a sev maker. And make a sev directly in oil to fry. On a mid flame.

Take out from pan. Sprinkle chaat masala.and Allow it to cool.Store in air tight container.Tasty SPINACH SEV is ready to serve.
