Take a bowl and add wheat flour into it add oil and mix it and add math flour

Take a vessel add water and sugar to it after that heat it for only 1 min

Now add all the spices to the flour and make a dough out of it it should be very hard make small portions out of the dough

Now take the portion and roll small puris out of it or if you have Puri maker than press it with the help of it

Now deep fry it

Now your thapda is ready to eat,it is crunchy and spicy dish which every one likes
