Non Fried Dahi Vada { Appam Pan }

Wash &,soak..both dals separately overnight
Morning wash & remove skin of green moong dal as much as possible
Grind in mixer separately both dals with green chilli, ginger small piece & very less water

Mix very well and & beat in one direction till fluffy & batter turns white & light and does not fall easily from spatula or wisker add salt, jeera, crushed whole coriander seeds& hing & mix well
Heat the appam pan add little oil in moulds add batter in moulds with help of spoon cover & cook all sides on medium slow flame till done add little oil if required both sides golden brown
take warm water & soak vada after in water for 30 min or till they become soft and double in size - 3
Remove from water lightly press in between your palms or squeeze it
Arrange in a bowl or shot glass add beaten thicken curd with spoon put top
mithi imli chutney & green coriander mint
