In a bowl whisk together the flour, semolina, sugar and salt.

Add baking powder, baking soda, fenugreek seeds and mix well

Add yogurt and kneal for 5 minutes

Leave the dough to raise minimum 2 to 3 hours

Heat oil in a pan on medium high. It should be sufficiently hot.

Roll each dough into circle or oval shop. Spread evenly

Add rolled bhatura to hot oil flip as it starts to puff

Fry both sides. It ready in less than a minute
