handfulSoaked channa Dal
1/2 tbspChilli powder
1 tspHing
as per tasteSalt
handfulChopped Curry leaves
as requiredwater

In a bowl, add all the ingredients and make a chapathi dough. From the dough divide and make a balls. And then roll with rolling pin.

In a pan add oil, when heated put 5 or 6 Thattai. fry till golden in colour in medium flame.
