Steps

First pressure cook the dal with little salt & turmeric powder. 3-4whistle keep aside.

Now oil in a Kadai put chopped onion, and a pinch of hing fry it translucent add tomato, curry leaves & green chilies Fry a little add the remaining turmeric powder &salt. now after releasing the steam pour dal over the masala. Consistency as per desire. Add garam masala & coriander leaves.

Let dal cook with masala properly. Now turn off the gas. Take another small pan heat deshi ghee add chopped garlic fry a little brown add red Mirchi powder & immediately turn off the gas and pour the mixture over the dal.

Cover lid. And tuwar dal fry is ready.
