I was looking for the right ratio of ingredients for the bread pan I bought, and this was it.☆When making the dough, go by the appearance of the dough, rather than the time, to decide how long to let it rise.☆If you don't have graham flour or rye flour, use 400g of strong bread flour. Basic Square Bread Loaf Basic Square Bread Loaf
This is a delicious plain bread for sandwiches or morning toast that uses basic ingredients. It practically goes with anything!I used a blend of 2 types of bread flour - 150 g of "Golden Yacht" and 100 g of "Haruyutaka".With this recipe as a base, you can vary things by using milk or milk + egg instead of the water, and so on. My family likes soft walnut bread and I was making it for my family. The shape of the bread is the same, but I altered the recipe because I wasn't quite happy with the dough. This bread is very soft as you put yogurt and honey in the dough. If you don't have butter, use 20 g of shortening and 6 g of salt instead!! For 10 portions. Recipe by Kobayanchan cookpad.japan -

Annette's Bread Annette's Bread
I have been baking bread for over 50 years now. I have used various recipes over time, but this is the one that it has evolved to. I have been using this recipe for the past 6 - 7 yrs. My family and friends all love it! It is especially good toasted and for making grilled cheese sandwiches. This recipe makes 5 loaves. I make a batch about every two weeks and freeze several of them until needed. This is similar to the recipe that I used in my scratch bakery some years ago but perhaps even a little better.Annette Marett Graham

Super Easy Italian Bread Super Easy Italian Bread
I learned this from my friend in Australia.I altered the amounts of salt and flour for Japanese tastes, and changed the ingredients into manageable amounts. You can make this really delicious Italian bread without kneading the dough. You can make this bread even if you don't have a bread machine. In Step 3, if the dough hasn't risen well enough, let it rest in the fridge for another 1 hour.If you have some time, leave the dough in the fridge for more than 6 hours. By doing so, the dough would be risen really well and delicious.Put the bowl with the dough in the fridge before you go to bed, and enjoy freshly baked bread next morning.
