Simple Parata's
Not bad for breakfast.
Steps

Mix your flour with all the ingredients to make a semi soft dough

Knead the dough well and divide it into small balls

Cover to rest while preparing for your soup. Cut all your vegetables to desired shape and boil them.

In a heated pan with oil, add your diced onions, scotch, and all the above-mentioned spices. Stir properly before adding all the above-mentioned spices. Add your seasoning, per boiled Vegetables, and your prepared fish, stir and add a little bit of water. Reduce the flame and make a patse of corn starch adding it to the soup for a little bit of thickness. Cover and allow to cook for 2 mins

For the Parata's heat your clean pan till it's hot. roll your knead dough in to a circular shape patting it with both hands for a more define shape.

Put the rolled dough directly on the hot pan and keep turning till it's done.
