Water chestnut is a good source of calcium.This is a super food.Fresh water chestnut is available only for a short period.We love it's chaat and paratha.This chaat is very easy to make.

Wash and cut them into halves and boil water chestnut in a pressure cooker.Cook it.After one whistle switch off the gas.Let it cool.Now peel them off by pressing them from the corners.

Heat oil in a pan,add salt, black pepper and water chestnut sprinkle chaat masala over it and mix.Cook it for 3-4 min.on medium heat.

Before serving,mix mint chutney into it.Your healthy and tasty water chestnut chaat is ready to serve.
