Condensed Milk Bundt Cake in Air Fryer

Beat the eggs with the oil using an electric mixer for 3 minutes.

Add the condensed milk and regular milk, and continue mixing.

Add the flour, baking powder, and lemon zest (I used lemon-flavored sugar), mix just until smooth, and pour into a greased and floured 8-9 inch Bundt pan.

Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3 minutes, then place the pan inside the basket. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 30 minutes. Perform the toothpick test.

Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool completely.

Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar.
