Pumpkin Uttapam, sambhar and chutney

In a grinder add the soaked rice, and grated pumpkin. Blend to form a paste. Now add rava, rice flour and salt. Add water to form a batter of semi thick consistency. Keep aside

For the chutney, grind the peanut, gram, green chilli, water, salt, coconut to a smooth paste. In a pan, heat oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves and put the tadka on the chutney

For the sambhar, in a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, add onion and boiled pumpkin,the spices and mix well, add cooked toor dal and 1/2cup water. Bring the sambhar to a boil

Sambhar and chutney are ready. Now make uttapam from the batter. And serve with sambhar and chutney
