Paav means bread rolls and bhaaji means vegetables,paav bhaaji is fast food consisting of a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll.

Steps

Cut and chop one whole cauliflower, tomatoes, potatoes in above-mentioned quantity,one bowl green peas. And wash all the veggies nicely.

Keep the following ingredients ready

Heat 4 tbsp of cooking oil in pressure cooker,add Cumin seeds once it cracks add asafoetida and turmeric in above-mentioned quantity. Add crushed garlic and saute it until little brown in colour.

Now add all the washed veggies in the cooker and add Red chilli powder, Everest paav bhaaji masala,salt as per taste. Note:- Half bowl of red chilli powder and paav bhaji masala to be used while mixing all the ingredients while cooking later if required more can be added.

Add 2 medum size glass water or as required in cooker for cooking and add one slice of Amul butter, close the lid make 4 whistles.

After 15 min open the cooker lid and and with the help of Smasher smash the veggies.Now add the remaining masalas that is red chilli powder and paav bhaaji masala and salt if required add little water and again smash all the veggies.

Switch on the gas.Now grease a pan or tawa with melted Amul butter and grease paav from both the sides and cook it until little brown in colour.

Restaurant Style Paav Bhaaji 😍is ready. Easy to make in cooker and tastes best.😋..serve hot.while having paav bhaji add chopped onions, lemon drops, coriander,butter in bhaaji and then enjoy it with paav.
