Noodles Manchurian In Veg Chowmein Bowl

For Manchurian, take boiled noodles, grated veggies, chili powder, salt and garam masala powder in a bowl.

Add cornflour, mix well and make 5 equal size balls from it.

Heat oil in an appe pan and fry these balls on low heat till crisp and golden brown.

Mix tomato sauce and soy sauce well in a pan, add fried manchurian balls and cook on low heat till sauces coat well the balls.

Cook noodles in boiling water, drain well and pour 1 – 2 tsp oil and toss well to prevent the noodles from sticking.

Heat 1.5 tbsp oil over high heat and add garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add all chopped veggies.

Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes and add 1 tsp garam masala powder and salt.

Add the cooked noodles and the sauces, toss well.

Fill the cooked noodles in small size bowls, when noodles get bowl shape, transfer in serving plate and serve with manchurian balls.
