  • 2 cupshredded cabbage
  • 1 cupcarrot strips
  • Freshly ground black pepper,salt
  • 1 tbspnolive oil,2 tbspn vingear

    In a salad bowl combine washed cabbage and carrots

    Add vingear and oil and toss to combine,

    Season lightly with salt & black pepper

    Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving

    I garnishing mine with lemon & tomato
