Firstly, in a big bowl take maida, sooji, ajwain and salt.

Now add hot oil and mix well. Crumble and mix until the dough is moist.

Add water and start kneading. Add water if required and knead into a smooth and soft dough.

Now grease the rolling pin with oil and roll the dough.

Roll into a little thickness. Using the bottle cap, draw a moon shape. Now, deep fry in hot oil on low flame.

Stir it occasionally, nnd fry till the namak pare turns golden and crisp.

Put on kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Now add black pepper powder, salt, chaat masala.

Mix well and make sure the spices are coated well.

Finally, enjoy kaju namak pare with a cup of tea.
