Steps

First clean,peel and cut beh in 1 inch pcs,then put them in a pressure cooker. Add water,ginger garlic paste and a bit salt, cook them or boil them fully....strain then mash them roughly.

Add grated onion(squeeze it so it doesn't leave water), green chillies, fresh coriander, salt, black and white pepper, sauces and vinegar and cumin powder. mix it well and make kababs.

Now roll them in bread crumbs and keep them aside for 15 mins. then shallow fry them on medium low flame by adding oil gradually till you get a nice golden brown color and crispy layer....serve it with ketchup or chutney and enjoy 🙂
