Chop the vegetables, and cabbage and add salt keep aside for one hour

For the sauce or dressing mix all ingredients and blend well

For rice paste. Heat the water in a pan and add rice flour. Make a runny paste which will thicken later

After one hour, add cold water and squeeze the vegetables well. Quantity will be reduced to half
- 5
Now in a bowl add vegetables, prepared sauce, rice paste and mix well. No salt needed. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with Meals immediately or after refrigeration.
