Wash mushrooms & cut in to half / quarters
Heat oil In pressure cooker sauté mushrooms + onion 🧅 + garlic 🧄 4-5 min

Add salt & white pepper powder mix it add water stir it nicely. Close the cooker lid till 2-3 whistle; cool down & blend it with hand blender / mixer

Sieve it & boil it again & serve it with choice of your bread 🥖
